2024 was quite a year with so many exciting musical journeys. A highligt for me was creating my own ensemble – The Baroque Society. This has been a dream of mine for so long – a musical laboratory, a band, a musical treasure hunter – basically sharing out favorite repertoire with whoever’s in. We have played quite a few concerts in the past year – and we’re looking forward to exciting concerts and collaborations in 2025. You can follow our journey HERE.
2025 started with 2 months at The Royal Danish Opera doing the musical direction of Händel’s Xerxes for The Opera Academy. A true joy! I’m looking forward to continue at the Opera until May assisting Lars Ulrik Mortensen for the Danish first performance of Vivaldi’s Griselda.
The spring will be filled with quite some French baroque, a tour with my band and hidden treasures be Johann Sebastiani – find dates/venues at the calendar.
